We learned to ride in lightness by working in harmony with the nature of the horse, never using force, always finding balance. Craig Stevens was our riding instructor and mentor. He taught us that horses are sentient beings and must be treated as such. In addition to his own experience riding and training, Craig researched and read continuously, sharing with us the wisdom of the greatest equestrian masters.

Although Craig has passed, he left in our keeping his extensive collection of books and documents on horses and riding. We intend to share those materials with all equestrians who wish to learn.

Toward that end, we are establishing a library to house, protect and make available Craig’s collection, including several rare documents that cannot be found anywhere else.
